She has been successful in helping patients and families improve their quality of life and management of chronic health conditions. You will have a dependable partner in your care for years to come!
Ebony Carter MSN; AGPCNP-C; PMHNP-BC
Ebony is a dual-certified nurse practitioner in primary care and psychiatry, with a focus on providing comprehensive, patient-centered mental health services. Some of her practice specialties include (but are not limited to) Bipolar disorder, Major depression, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Panic attacks, and Insomnia. She has a strong commitment to offering adults comprehensive, empathetic, and high-quality mental health care. Ebony has a strong clinical background that is complemented by a natural ability to connect with patients and their families. She adheres to recommendations based on science, incorporating clinical expertise, firsthand observation, and intuition. Ebony plays a multitude of roles as a PMHNP, including therapist, champion for mental health, and educator.
Michael Adams MSN; AGPCNP-C
Michael Adams is a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner who specializes in providing primary care to adults in a variety of settings. He completed his Bachelor of Science in nursing at Case Western Reserve University and then earned his Master of science in nursing at Ursuline College. He holds a national certification with the American association of nurse practitioners.
